How We Use Data

We use data to route calls and messages, display conversations, provide automations, support billing, secure the service, troubleshoot delivery issues, and improve Townline.

SMS Privacy

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that campaign.

We may share personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with service providers that help deliver messages, including Townline, Telnyx, phone companies, carriers, hosting providers, and vendors who assist in operating the messaging service. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
